Leonards are a progressive independent partnership, the practice founded in 1884, the business having subsequently developed from its original agricultural base to become firmly established as a mixed practice, providing professional advice and services to both the rural and urban needs of the City of Kingston Upon Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. Through continued expansion in residential agency and associated services the practice has expanded with an office west of the city in the village of Brough.

The present partnership are proud of combining the virtues and experience of a traditional chartered surveying practice with that of a modern outgoing approach providing clients with an efficient level of service they have come to expect.
