Leonards April 2013 - Property Auction Report
2013 started well with 50% of auction lots selling on 9th April, 2013. The next auction will be announced once we have ample amount of lots to sell.
The Leonards Auction Team is headed up by Mark Broadhurst, partner at the firm, a chartered surveyor who has been at Leonards for over 20 years. He has considerable experience as a valuer and an auctioneer who is dedicated in providing a traditional method of auction sales within Hull stating "sellers can remain confident in the knowledge that at the fall of the hammer they have a sale of their property and will receive their money within 28 days or sooner".
